North Carolina GOP Starts Down the Willie Horton Road‚ Early

I thought this kind of thing wouldn’t start until after the summer. I also didn’t think a state Republican Party would have the chutzpah to put their official name on something this low and racially intense (I figured it would be the outside ‘Swift Boaters’ working this material). But this campaign seems to be headed towards the low road really early.
